Briose VIS DE IARNA

Cele mai simple, rapide si delicioase briose!

Pt o tava de 12

1 ou

150g zahar

60 ml ulei

180ml lapte

250 faina

3/4 plic praf de copt

Vanilie

Dulceata/Nutella

Se freaca oul cu zaharul pana se albeste crema si isi dubleaza volumul. Se adauga uleiul, vanilia, laptele, apoi se pune faina cu praful de copt. Totul la mixer sau robot!

Daca le umpleti cu dulceata, puneti dulceata deasupra. Formele le umpleti 3/4. Daca puneti Nutella, puneti 1/2, o lingurita de nutella (nu msi mult, ca se lipeste apoi) si mai turnati aluat deasupra sa acoperiti ciocolata.

La cuptor 175° pana se rumenesc. Aprox 30 min. Atat!

Eu le-am decorat ca le fac cadou. Cu cioclata alba topita la bain marie si decor dupa preferinte.
